During our tourney last week, LordStark mentioned that he had almost made a land destruction deck, but couldn't bring himself to do that to fellow clannies. So, I'd like to thank him for inspiring the theme for this Sunday's tourney 
We did this once a while back, so I think it's time to do it again. There are a few deck archetypes that are typically frowned upon, so most people don't play them. I think it usually sucks to play against these types of decks because you typically aren't expecting them and you yourself are usually being a "nice" casual player and not playing decks from a hated archetype. For this week's tourney, I say we take the gloves off and give one another permision to "have at it."
For this Sunday, your deck must be built around one of the four following themes/archetypes:
- Discard
- Counterspell
- Direct Damage/Burn
- Land Destruction
I think this could be fun, hopefully I'm not the only one 
While I know we are playing some brutal archetypes, really cheesy combos are banned. I won't name them all here, but here are a couple that come to mind...Isochron scepter plus any counter, burn, or LD card, so Isochron Scepter is banned. Counterbalance and Sensei's Divining top are banned. Channel Fireball is banned. Crucible of Worlds and Strip Mine combo is banned. You all get the picture. These types of decks can be hard enough to deal with without having to try and defeat a combo that can completely lock you down turn 2 or 3.
Mmmmmm yeah those types are very boring because they wont let you play
However.........if everybody has a deck like that , it could be very interesting
I've got a few decks like that but i never play them cuz........well its boring.
Gonna build a new deck for this and i hope i can put some funny twists in it.

Might be a no show for sunday I'm going to be out of town this weekend for my son's B-day bash. Kinda wanted to try this weeks toury out. Have fun everyone!
