Sunshine

I didn't have the same enthusiastic response on finishing it as you did. I didn't think it was bad, but I certainly didn't think it was that great either. Maybe I'll have to watch it again....

I actually really enjoyed this film! I've watched it a few times before and always tune in whenever I see it. It's a solid film, the ending was a little meh, but other than that I thought it dealt with the space madness pretty well. Traveling to the sun itself would really mess with one's mind, despite most saying it wouldn't bother them. I mean seeing a ball of blazing fire that massive, that close up, would be mesmerizing. There's a reason our ancestors originally thought of it as a deity, and although we know a good deal about it, there's still much we can't explain still.
