Actions do not refresh in real time

If you add or remove, or approve requests in your group, when the screen refreshes there is no change.  It is frustrating because you don't know if the change took - and if you're doing a few, it gets muddled and sometimes you could end up adding/removing the wrong person.  Sometimes the removal message notice shows the the previous removal or add for awhile, so it's even more confusing if the action "took."

I hope this makes sense.

Also, same thing happens when deleting PMs - they stay for maybe a minute and then remove.
