avatar link points to image, not user.

when i click on a users avatar, the link takes me to the image instead of the users account page. we got a little off topic in a different thred a while back. at that time, it wasn't linked to anything. you said you would link it to the user home page. i thought it was working properly at one point, but it hasn't the last several times i tried it.
