Bing Rewards Microsoft points are glitched
If anyone out there uses the Bing Rewards program for easy Microsoft points (and really, everyone should), if you have the beta dashboard your points will expire in a week instead of a year. I would usually just redeem my points as I earn em and noticed my account balance would sometimes stay the same or even decrease. It's apparently a known issue with the stupid coversion to currency they're doing. So don't redeem til you're ready to buy.
This only effects Microsoft points from Bing. If you buy a point card from a retailer it works perfectly fine.
bing points expire? I need to pay more attention and read the fine print.
Pretty sure he's saying the MS points you get from redeeming your Bing points expire, not the Bing points themselves
What is this Bing rewards you speak of?
You get points for doing searches on Bing. You can then use those points to redeem rewards. Things like MS points, Xbox Live Gold, Amazon gift cards, Hulu Plus, Red Box rentals, etc.
