Blog Editing

Ok, it might be just me, but where is the edit button for the blog posts, I may not have a lot of experince with posting blogs but for the life of me I can't find the edit button. Some one please help. Oh and I have searched for similar subjet posts and didn't see any. Is this a point restriction thing or just a bug with the site.
