double posts and preview quirk

i've had, and noticed some others having double posts happening again.

i've also had several times where i hit the submit button and it takes me to the preview screen instead of making the post. the first few times it happended, i figured i hit the wrong button. since then i've kept a close watch on hitting the correct button and it has still happened a few more times.
