I've actually bought all my parts so far off of Amazon with the sole exception being the case. I got that through new egg on sale with free shipping. I have Amazon Prime and and an Amazon points cc. I set up price allerts with camelcamelcamel I've been fortunate to catch almost every component when it had a temporary price drop, especially the SSD and CPU. The fact that camel also has historical price tracking is awesome. I do keep an eye on Newegg through PC part picker though.
See if you can find a local PC store that has a monitor setup to try and see what you think. My local one has a 3 monitor setup to try out with instructions to go back to 1 posted right next to it so you can see how it performs. I played a Need for Speed game on it one day and it wasn't too bad. I can't imagine what an FPS would be like.
Yep, already planning on using one of my 21" LAN monitors as a second screen for BF4. ): A FPS on a triple screen setup would INSANE, especially somethinglike BF. Have you been watching the live streams and Youtube stuff coming out of Gamescon? I've thrown a few links up in the BF section.

I am going to try getting a second monitor hooked up to my card just for the heck of it. If it can't keep up I clock it more. Yup. I've been watching those. I can't wait for BF4.
