Group Mods - no notifications for new requests

I happened to notice there was a new user request next to the number of clan members, luckily today.  But if I had not, that user would have sat in limbo for awhile.  Is there a way to message mods when they get a new request?  And can we get PM > Emails turned on or at least the option?
