Nobody deserves death threats over their job. That's ridiculous. A lot of folks need to take a step back, and realize that we're talking about a pastime, and something that really doesn't amount to much in the grand sheme of things. Social media makes it easy for folks, with varying degrees of anonymity, to spout off whatever they think, at any given time, to virtually any one, for good or for bad. Hell, every American President gets more death threats than each succesive one. That doesn't mean that they all get worse (depending on your point of view), but it just means the Internet has made it so threats can be much more easily made, even idle ones.
How about we don't censor, and everyone's responsible for their own actions? Assault IS a crime.

I am on the same page with you when it comes to personal responsibility. However, sadly most of the world is not. That is quite evident everywhere you look. If people taught their children to respect others and actually raised decent human beings, there would be no need for a site like this one.
Sure there would. This site isn't just about getting away from timmy. It's about gaming with like minded people...... Older people with jobs, family, adult problems, ect.

True true. Although with all of the bad calls and rule changes year in and year out, I think I may be over football. I much prefer Hockey these days. I'll never stop loving the Steelers, I'm just sick of the sport...not the team.

Nah, I'm pretty much done with football. Its a bloodsport. I just can't get into it, knowing that these folks are practically killing themselves for our amusement.
Yeah, I can agree, having been in Detroit for a couple championships, but after the last strike/lockout, I'm done with hockey as well.
Maybe I'm just getting old, but I'm really losing interest in pro sports in general. Football is done for me, hockey too, and I hate to say it, but since Earnhardt passed I haven't watched any NASCAR with more than passing interest.
I did catch a couple F1 races by accident, and they're okay, but I think some of it is I'm so familiar with the tracks I know what's coming up while watching the camera.
I gotinto basketball when my boy played for his highschool team, great fun to watch courtside, but the pro's, not so much.
Kids hockey, the peewees is a blast if you ever get the chance. Great fun.
Game devs seem like a bunch of pussies that can't handle job stress. They have to realize that they have talent and skills that their critics wish they had, yet never will. Write your code, collect paycheck, go home, have a life.
This is the reason I stay off most game's forums. Nothing but intitled shit heads. When you have third party forums like this, they are a lot smaller so if there is any shit heads, the mods can take care of them.
I'm all for giving your opinion but they don't know how to do it. Nothing buy keyboard warriors.
If a person reviewed the topics on Titanfall's official website, you'd swear the game was the worst piece of shit ever. If Respawn were to make every suggested change, we'd be back to the Atari 2600 battle tanks game.
