These are only a few. Go directly to Xbox.com and into the forums. There is a specific area for "My Account Was Banned". Xbox directs all questions about bans to the forum. It is just page after page of these. Tons of fun to lurk and read while you are eating lunch.

Some of these are great. However, it seems most stem from altering their avatars, hosting modded lobbies, profane language in bio, or soliciting for money or M$ points in some fashion. I do enjoy reading the ones regarding gamertag changes. Perma-banned because they couldn't change their gamertag to something ToS worthy after the 16th time.
