No, every dlc comes with a special set of heads and/or skins for each character usually upon completion of said dlc. Tiny Tina's DLC had them, but for some reason people couldn't get them without save hacking etc. So Gearbox is giving them away via Shift Codes later, the ones you bought are the paid skins and are separate.
