Halo is 30 and less, so it should be okay unless the frame rate drops to 15.

There is an option in the settings menu to lock the framerate at 30fps. I've found this works pretty well and makes the game run smooth.
Yes the graphics aren't as good as the XB1/PC, but for a port I'd say Bluepoint did an excellent job and the game is fun on 360.
