Tuesday NIght Over 50 (preferred) Private Matches XB1, 9p-11p E -- final match Sept 5, 2017
Beginning March 7 (next Tuesday), I will be hosting private Destiny matches on Xbox 1 from 9p-11p Eastern time. Over 50 preferred, but open to any 2old2play members over 35 until we get a full party of 12 and some over-50's want to join. Xbox Gamertag is Deciduous Duke.
And remember: this is just casual play. If you like getting a 20 KD by hunting down and picking off 0.1 KD opponents, please leave us be and wait for Trials on Friday.
I'll be in an arena before 9p so please join me and I'll get a party started. If nobody shows by 9:15, I'll go do something else.
Last session of the Destiny private matches will be Sept 5, 2017, the day before the official console launch of Destiny 2.
Duke, I'd like to join for some fun, so I'll look for you next week. I'm not 50 yet, but I am 40+, so I do meet the age minimum...lol Of course, I'll step out if we need to make room for an over 50 player.
Casual play is fine with me as it gives me a chance to play with various random weapons for the funsies.

No matter, somebody might have seen it.
Good turn out first night! We maxed out at 12 players soon after 9pm and held an average of 10-11 players for the duration. I was hoping to do fireteam/lobby chat, but we had more than one strict or moderate NAT player who couldn't hear the other players. Because of that, I'm sticking with party chat from now on. Once we got the chat kinks worked out things went smoothly, Judging from the laughter and trash talk, I'd say things turned out well.

Good games last night Duke. Thank you for putting this together. I had fun trying out some different weapons and loadouts - including my very first Vex that I just got last week...lol
I was impressed with the turnout and most of the games ended up being very close.

Post Age of Triumphs update: no change in the Private matches schedule. I'll be there at the usual time (Tues 9-11p). But if you're interested in raiding and haven't already seen his post, Deep is looking for an Age of Triumph Raid team for Tuesdays, same time. Sounds like there will be plenty to keep us all busy while we await D2!
It might come to pass that I'll have to move my raid to Thurs but I'd prefer it happened Tues. Judging by your attendees, there's not much conflict with a Tues. raid. At least I hope not.
I don't foresee a conflict either, except for wishing I could be in both places at once :-). Good luck on getting a good crew together!

Another good turnout last night! We were at 8 for the first hour and 11-12 for the second. Sknny's audio kept us up to date on the basketball game :-)

Good turnout considering first night of Age of Triumph. Same time next Tuesday, April 4. Won't be on April 11, but back on schedule April 18.
Got up to 8 players and fun times before the servers came crashing down. And still no one wanted to play Halo :-). Kind of frustrating to end early, but less frustrating than if I'd been in a Raid about ready to take out the Templar.
Agent 1951 volunteered to host on April 11.
Tonight was Agents fault.
Sigh.

Destiny 2 Beta will be along soon, to break things up and maybe we can start some noob raiding again too. Before you know it, Sep. and Destiny 2 will be here.
I'm not even planning a short visit to Halo until Halo 6 and that is not coming until 2018 according to Bungie this week.
For Tuesday May 4, 2017: planning to do the usual private matches 9p-11p Eastern. But If there are still 6 or less participants by 9:30p I'll see if there is consensus to switch over to Iron Banner (Mayhem Clash).
I presume it's business as usual tonight?
