Useful links for Alchemy (Skyrim)
A side from using a pen and paper I've found it easiest to just look up spells or experiment in-game. In a pinch here is one list I often reference for alchemy recipes:

Thanks for the resource. The alchemy system is confusing to me. Of course, I haven't put that much effort into figuring it out but that's my problem.
