User config with better/clearer visuals

Finally broke down and tried Colonel Pada Vinson's custom config. Looks great! I suggest you take a back up and try yourself!
I've been using SweetFX and a custom config for a long time now... I can't recommend it highly enough. I'd never be able to go back :)
Tried it then realized I didn't need all of it. I just removed the film grain and now I am happy.
