What's up with the lack of weekly Bounty events?

Maybe there trying to fix this update with the wheel?

bounty talk has been daily front page fodder on ESPN for a couple straight weeks now. The comments you get from some of the ignoramous are absolutely priceless. 

They still haven't sent out the Jag E-Type from the DirtT CBH at Maple Valley and there are posts that players who beat HTKenan's time and did not receive their unicorn.
I's day they are very disorganized right now and I don't think it'll get any better.  As soon as Horizon is released FM4 will become the red-headed step child.

I'd say Septembers the last we'll see of anything looking like support...or this thing we're getting now even...

Another plausible explanation is simply that phRED is currently unavailable. The genesis of the whole CBH came from him, and he was running it. He has been away due to "personal family issues." If you look in the T10 contests section, joniwanna has been the one posting this past two weeks or so. The fact that DirtT's bounty reward cars have not been given out--phRED is the one that takes care of this process. phRED was also not present at the GWD last weekend.

I suspect that things will return to "normal" as soon as phRED gets back and has a chance to catch up. I just hope it's nothing too bad for him personally.

Also, the "wheel FFB" thread mentions that Snowowl was in contact with pHRED and he in turn with others at T-10 and that they jumped on trying to straighten out the issue, AND SnowOwl thanks pHRED for making the contacts while dealing with family problems...

Okay, I'm not one to trumpet T-10's shit as shinola but it would seem pHRED's having some problems and we'll see him when he's able, not before.

I don't know what's going on but just as info, I recieved my unicorn from HTKenan yesterday (Saturday).
