I HATE computers

I walk into work, power up my laptop like I do everyday - blue screen of death. I reboot, get to the login screen - lock.

I reboot again, system does nothing. Fan comes on, power LED comes on... never boots into windows, hell, fucking thing doesn't even bring up the BIOS screen. Just dead.

How can I power off a system like I do every single night and half it come back completely useless? Baffles the mind...

You wanna know why? My extended 2-yr agreement runs out next month and the system failed to act properly (read: die after the warranty ran out). PAY BACK BITCH! You're going to the shop!

The exact same thing happen to me with our main computer at home last week. Thanks to Best Buy warrantee, I am getting it repaired but I am going to have to wait till around Nov. 8th to get it back!!!! This is a major problem for me since the Nightfall comes out the end of this month so I am scrambling to 'pump up' the back up enough to play the game!!!!

Sweet its not very often you hear stuff like this in my case itas always a day or two after the warrany has run out :)

Well, for those that are wondering about news...it will take a bit. The laptop had all my tools for posting images, news thumbnails, etc. I've got to get some stuff installed on my system here at work (the one I'm supposed to use) to handle this.

Computers are Karma readers.. I hate 5 computers and try to remember to sacrafice a virgin or a goat.. or a virgin goat before I use them
