This Lan Is Going to Be BADASS

So we are trying to start finalizing the location for the sites annual 2old2con LAN party.  If you didn't know, it's the sites very own lan that we hold every summer in Chicago, Il.  Each year has been bigger and better then the next, but this year is shaping up to take the cake.  Im currently looking at a couple location but today we saw the space that we believe my house the LAN.  I snapped some shots, but there is no way the images can even do that location any justice. 

Since the deal is not finalized yet,  I dont want to give away the name, but I can tell you that its only 1 mile from O'Hare airport so travel will be a total ease. The room itself is over 4,000 square feet of space which is more then double our old space.  The hotel houses 2 bars, 1 restaurant, 1 cafe, and indoor pool, and a shit load more.  The hotel is completely brand new  and just got done with a 25 million dollar renovation.  Even the regular rooms come standard with Queen size beds, including the rooms with double beds.  I guess you could say, this place is NOTHING like the old places for the lan. 

Now my only hope will be that you all show up.  We really want to get at least 200 people this year, so make sure you mark your calendars for August and convince your wives now!  We plan on serving up not only Xbox 360, but Wii and the PC as well.  Obviously this is only the very beginning stages so a lot more news is set to come.  i just wanted to give you all a sneak peak at where we might be having the lan this year.

Tickets are set to go on sale next week at the latest and should remain at the standard early bird price as last year.
