I'll be posting up a review after I get a little more time on the game, I don't like to do reviews on the first four stages of a game because I don't think it's fair to the game or the developers. I'm also going to schedule a bit of time with JollyRoger to do an intense co-op multi-player session and record it for 2old2play. This will be used, in part, for my review on the multi-player aspects of the game.
I was asked to do the review by the PR folks at PopCap Games and they've always liked 2old2play and their unbiased reviews (although we've not really had anything bad to say about their games because they're all great so far). This video will hopefully give you a taste for the intense action and destruction and basic arcade feel that this game implements.
Unfortunately my recording device doesn't do HD so I had to dumb down the graphics to SDTV (480p) for the recording. The graphics are clear and crisp in the real deal.
JollyRoger did a review on this game in the last edition of 2o2p Magazine. If you're interested in reading a bit more about the game basics (on the PC) which will not be that much different on XBLA barring multi-player and the control scheme.
