The messed up part is that you teach and try to make sure they have all the tools they need so that they don't have to bother so many people are the ones that piss you off. Case in point out fo 5 guys that are below me(i'm the supervisor) I got 2 guys that are below me that I constantly have to get mad at cause they either don't want to listen or decide that they don't want to learn what I'm teaching them. Then when it comes time for them to do any tasking or in this situation setting up a satellite they act like I never showed them anything and expect me to come over there and fix it. We end up getting into and argue and then we start the loop all over again on a separate task. Until today the one decides to not do what he has to do and instead of getting in an arguement with him about not knowing his job. I sent him back to his section and told him to fix it and fix it now or you'll be doing taking down and setting up every satellite in our area. We have 5 of them here and takes more than 2 hrs each and when its a 110+ degrees by 9am you don't want to be out there doing anything. He gets all pissy but I don't care I'm sick of it and I'm tired of fixing things that can easily be fixed by those 2 if they would just do it. I know its ranting and raving but this is the crap that happens when you don't get away from your co-workers out here in Iraq.
