Signals for People

Ever walk in a store and youre just strolling along when the person in front of you suddenly stops? You either plow right into them or have to make some goofy looking veer, suddenly peeling off to the right where you collide into the nicely stacked Pepperidge Farm display (mmmmmm... Milanos!)

So, heres a thought - what if we treated people like cars? (In a way, dont we already? The pretty ones get waxed...) Put blinkers and brake lights on people - you know, if you're about to exit your Target isle, put on the blinker - let us know your intentions. Perhaps even toss on a sign or two to the ones that need it: "Makes Frequent Stops"... or "Wide Right Turns". Or, "Has Annoying Child". Oh wait, thats not a vehicle sign... probably should be....

My favorite would be: "How am I walking? Call me on my cell phone at 555-555-5555".
