What a bad weekend...

I get to my hotel for my business trip, grab a bite to eat at the restaurant and get back to find my fairly new Mac Book Pro has been stolen. All my kids photos, information, articles, etc....gone.

Really not much more to say than that... it's a bad day when your 3k laptop is taken while your out of your room. I've talked with the cops, filled out the reports, and the hotel is calling their insurance company in the morning. I'm hoping they're going to componsate me for the loss... we got a hotel upgrade and all that (on the second floor instead of the first floor), but what a shitty start to a 7 day travel away from home...dammit.

In any case, if I don't get back to you via e-mail or instant messenger it is because all I've got is a cell phone with barely one bar of connectivity (usually it's 0 bars). So I'm really lost in terms of technology...and a bit pissed off.
