Comic book Wed 03/05..zune purchase..

Well I have entered the world of the mp3 player...and with my blood oath hatred of Apple, I had little choice but to purchase a zune 80. Only problem, I did it through Best buy.com and now it seems it is in purgatory...I received an email it had shipped on 2/29 with a tracking number, their own automated call center says it will be here with in two business days. I give them a call, ask why there is no origin scan and they claim it was shipped and will be to me between 3/04 and 3/07...Hmmm...I am calling Bullshit people, I asked where it was shipping from, they told me Finlay, Ohio...Ok...lets do the shipping math...Shall we..

If it is supposed to arrive sometime between 3/4 and 3/7 would it not be a safe bet to assume the tracking number should be scanned before it possibly arrives on 3/4. Shipping (ups ground) from Finlay usually takes 3 to 4 business days to be to me. BB claims it was shipped on 2/29, so today or tomorrow would be the approximate arrival date...But still no scan what so ever. I called ups, they stat the the shipper has contacted them for pickup, but no origin scan has been made...

Basically my item is fucked..In limbo. The BB rep tried to tell me  I should get a scan sometime today, if not tomorrow..WTF!! So if I get an origin scan tonight, that means I will not see my Zune until the 10th or 11th...BB's own automated phone system tells me it shipped on 2/29 and I should get it within 2 business days.

Just so you do not think I don't know wtf I am talking about, I did CS for 2 years for my current company. A computer hardware and software company that uses UPS for 80% of our world wide shipping...I know how UPS works, ships, scans, etc...And I am telling you my order either:

Did not ship and is sitting on the dock

UPS had a problem with there tracking system (unlikely, I have been trying to track for 3 days)

The wrong tracking number was assigned to my order and my order is shipping under a different tracking number..

Fuck you BB..Prepare for pain come Friday..
