No Power, but Video is up! :)

Well, we're on the fourth day without power. Last night was a bit rough for me, as I went to check the fuel/oil in the generator and noticed (after turning it off) that the pull cord had snapped. So, at 5 a.m. I had to disassemble the generators power cord system, get the cord back through the pull system and tied a pipe around it so I could pull it. Then I got it started back up again.

Of course that meant I went to bed smelling like oil and gas. Good times :-) We were using the outdoors as a place to chill some milk and such for the five kids we've got stayign with us and the few adults that drop by to get warmed up (my entire family is without power and run off wells so they've got no water or anything).

Last night I dropped by work to use their internet access and posted our video. Now, I've got to hope for power so I can make another two, and do three podcasts this week... if we get some electricity in the house and our Internet access works.
