TRON Legacy Flynn Lives Update - Space Paranoids Online

For thos following the TRON Legacy / Flynn Lives viral campaign, today was a big day. The "fictitional" video game Space Paranoids from the original TRON movie was brought to life today via an online version at Space Paranoids Online. Now you can obliterate Recognizers, tanks and turrets in full 3-D (circa 1986) glory.

Completing the 15 stages of the game is no easy feat. It took me several continues to get through the entire game as players are faced with more enemies, warp zones and even a way to ascend into a recognizer via a nice easter egg as the levels progress. Also, hidden within the maze are false walls which lead to secret rooms containing bar codes.

Some folks even fould their way outside of the maze walls.

While the Flynn Faithful were playing the SPO and anihilating Recognizers, a new message board entry led to the Hello Flynn website. When you scan the barcodes found throughout each level of the game and enter them in this web portal, you are given the opportunity to download some cool new TRON Legacy media, including the following pics.

In addition to all the new photos and some flash videos, those who have Flynn Lives accounts also earn new achievement badges for each set of five codes entered.
