 After a couple weeks of talking, 5 bans, and a ton of good ideas I think we finally have a better terms of service to draw from. If you have any comments just let me know. Thanks again to everyone that helped shape the TOS and our community.

Jesus, a 3 page pdf document? I do not have the time or energy to read this. I am just gonna go ahead and say I have read and agreed to all terms. I take it as long as I am not a dumbass in the forums then I should be ok.

The world will have to be kept in the dark I'm afraid. Unless there is another site designed specifically to share pics of nuts.

That was pretty readable for a TOS. You said it will change often. Will you let us know when it does?

I agree w/ the TOS and I'm thankful for it. But as a regular member of this site I have noticed very few trolls or plain dicks posting in the forums. In fact I have noticed very few people posting these days. I'm afraid that stricter rules and more mods will simply just push users into their clan threads, decreasing posting in regular forums much further. I just don't see where all this is coming from? What I have notice is an increase of unbearable spam. We can all easily deal with dickheads, PM here, ban there, but w/ regards to Spam we are all fucking helpless.

Not to be a dick, but you have a typo in the "Do not Plagiarize" section. Well not so much of a typo as the wrong word. It should read "Cite your work" not "Site your work" And good job with the TOS. I assume I can still be a dick in my clan forum though. If I'm not they will think someone stole my account.
