I didn't watch the first video, but I saw the second. NDAA says pretty clearly that detaining a threat without charge is still illegal for citizens and legal residents.
While I agree that nobody should ever be held without charge and I am fully against the bill, we should all know what we are standing against and never resort to scare tactics that simply aren't true. That's Bill O'Reilly's job.
