Six Nations

Most of the people on this site probably wont be aware of the Six Nations Rugby tournament, but its underway right now and is looking like one of the closest tournaments in recent years.

The Six Nations is an annual tournament consisting of England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, France and Italy. Each team plays each other once over a period of about 6 weeks. The tournament is a round robin with the team with the most points at the end taking the championship (no knock outs).

Updated Art Work

As some of you know from reading this here Blog that i recently attended the Ny Comic Con.
In preparation for said attendance I updated a number of works that always needed some finish.
One of them is the master chief team up with laura Croft the Tomb Raider. The piece was originally
done to be a background for a self promo piece that has allot of other pieces dropped on top
so the background needed to be limited. I liked how the piece came out as a stand alone, however, to stand on its own it needed more background and environment.

Petition for a longer day

Who do I talk about making the days longer? There are just simply not enough hours in the day to do all the things I want or need to do. Work 9 hours,(that included lunch, what can you accomplish over lunch?) andsleep 6 hours, leaves you with what....9 hours per weekday.

Obey your GRAW

Sup y’all.  It’s humpday and normally nothing big happens on Wednesday but this week we are blessed with the arrival a Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, which is getting 9’s around the board from various review sites.

The Bull Pen #4

I really am addicted to the website http://www.junk.ws/halo2/ thanks to the ability to know your stats and break down your performance into a variety of areas. It also keeps track of stuff a lot easier than Bungie. I am mentioning it because I am about to hit a milestone in my Halo performance, or at least in the games that the site has tracked. I will finally tally a better than 1 Kills per Death ratio. That is one of the golden stats in how well you do as a Halo player.

Movie Reviews, Weekend of March 10, 2006

Two Vamps and a Pickled Cop (Printable Version , E-mail to a Friend )
Must be the week after the Academy Awards

Okay, I won’t lie. I had the Oscars on in the background while I was writing my column. I’m gonna go ahead and blame all the typos on that.

I still think they stink. The Oscars, not the typos, though I’m not overly fond of typos either.

Time: a scarce commodity

You cannot even begin to imagine what needs to be put on hold for I to be writing these lines. Can you pinpoint the exact moment when your free time was taken from you? Do we spend 20 years on a school bench to be told what to do and when to do it? What’s left to be spent on leisure, doing things I like? Simply finding the time to write an email to a person I care about is an exercise worthy of mention. Carl Sanburg said it best: Time is the coin of your life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it will be spent.
