Link below has video fo hands on demo of how the new Kinect works. Really cool stuff, great technology. Will be interesting to see what kind of games come out using the skeleton, block man, and muscle man options. Tank has the IGN one above, I just like gizmodo's better :)

that speculation is annoying because it's obviously wrong but it's going to make people freak out. Nothing like fake news to incite the masses.
Patcher weighs in on PS4/ONE pricing , says PS4 to be 350 and ONE to be 399 along with current gen price drops.

If Pachter is right - or if the XB1 goes lower or with the subsidized model - I can see myself getting the XB1 for the holidays, and the PS4 sometime around summer 2014.
I think Microsoft would kill it if they dropped a 199 substidized ONE with a $15/month 2yr contract. Total cost of ownership would be like 550 on that system and would give people a significantly lower out of pocket initial expense. IT's all win for them, I can't see why they wouldn't do it.

I think it's way more likely that we'd see $400 for the XB1 AND a recurring charge for LIVE and whatever other services are coming. Perhaps even tiers of LIVE service...

And I don't hate fun. I just find it more practical to admit that this November is going to be expensive than to hope I'll get something I want for cheap.
There will be no disappointment, weeping, and gnashing of teeth when the pricing comes out "waahahaha I'm going to PS4 to save $50"
OR... if I'm wrong (won't be) and it is cheaper, then I'll have saved extra money to spend on something else.

Spike TV is the official broadcast partner for E3, and while it will show Microsoft's and EA's conferences they won't be showing Sony's at all. Instead of showing Sony's E3 conference, they're going to show Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story.
People didn't believe me that Sony shouldn't have announced in February so early, and that Microsoft's timing around E3 was an advantage. Looks like Microsoft is doing what they can to increase that advantage by simply cutting Sony out of viewers picture.
