No, not to start downloading the beta for Halo3,(my Xbox can't seem to connect to Live) but because my cat decided it wanted to hop up onto my computer desk. Nevermind that I've swatted at it a dozen times for doing just that, but this time it knocked my scanner/printer off the shelf-a good 3 foot drop to the floor. I'm guessing the cords cusioned the fall a bit, since the scanner bed wasn't shattered and it still seems to work after I did a quick test run. But, a shot of adrenaline caused by the crash it made can make it a bit difficult to get back to sleep, so here I am.
