My Top Five

Since I like to make lists, I am going to list my Top 5 Games that are out right now......

#5......NBA 2K8 (Xbox 360)

Despite the fact that is it a glorified Sprite commercial, it is an amazing hoops game. The dunk contest is a nice addition to an already solid franchise and this might be the only way I can see the Sixers actually win a game....OK maybe not but I am getting better.

#4.....MLB Power Pros (Wii)

Out of the Loop.....

Due to the fact that I am working ungodly hours and will be for a while and the fact that I am not playing the same thing as everyone else in PPC just about all of the time, I am very much out of the loop in PPC.  Therefore, I feel I need to get a second loop going in the form of a second clan.  I am looking for a clan that plays sports games as well as maybe some PGR4.  This is nothing against PPC but I need to get some more friends on my list and more sports gamers at that.  I will still play shooters.  I just need to get some sports in there too since I am playing

It is like the direct opposite of suck.....

Today started a nice little two day stretch that involves me getting a grand total of four games.  Today I strolled to the ol' game store and picked up NBA 2K8 and Zelda for the DS.  Tomorrow....well today since it is about 2:30am will afford me the chance to get PGR4 as well as MLB Power Pros for the Wii.  With all of these fun games rolling out, his makes me want to list the top ten moments in my gaming history........

I, Shuttdown, am a gaming nerd.

I just wanted to say that I am a gaming nerd.  I should have known this a while ago but it is about 3pm on Monday and I am wondering what time I should get to my local Gamestop to get in line for Halo 3.  I know that there are people there now and I wonder how long this can go on before I grab my DS and join the midnight nerdgasm that will be Halo 3.  The issue here is that with how commercial Halo 3 is, the Timmys will be out in force.  I am trying to find that sweet spot between not being there until 3 am waiting to get a copy and killing the people in line and goi

Update on the current state of Shutt....

I promised updates and here is the first. It is 3:19 am and I got about a week and a half of reading for one class caught up. I am now convinced that the Greek culture was a punch of perverted, impulsive, self-loving psychos. I am now officially sick of Humanities and the crap they are force feeding me. I don't care how cool Hamlet was.....HE WAS A FUCKING FIGMENT OF ANOTHER'S IMAGINATION!!!!!!! Sorry, that was preemptive for the next coming weeks of class. On the bright side, I love Illustrator. That is one fun program.

Check this game out.

I know that everyone is buzzing about the impending release of Bioshock some of us are getting tunnel vision.  However, due to the new work situation I picked up a DS game to kill some time.  I grabbed Luminous Arc and I have to tell you guys it is good.  It is a turn based RPG that does the hand held proud.  The story is a little long winded at times but the battles are a blast.  I am not going to kill you guys with a review.  (Which I was thinking about doing)  However, I will say this.  If you like classic RPG in a turn based format, go get this game.  Later.
