Well I have finally gotten my new work area set up (well will tonight) with full access to everything, easy to quick test on the 360, which I decided to take the store up on their offer to exchange but I have to buy a new warranty. Its safer then waiting, and really I am getting to the point of testing and I have a bit of ADD where I can not move forward until the last thing is working..

Again.. and this one is totally unplayable, so it went back to the store for an exchange because I was smart to buy the extra warranty.. well they sure like to fuck you.

According to the store and later confirmed by Microsoft, due to a large number of returns being made that were not defective (ya right) all 1 year and younger from the date of purchase 360s must be returned to Microsoft for their techs to look at after that they can be exchanged.
