Dream. Build. Play.

I knew about the contest for a while, but there was really no need to enter it since the actual aspect of my game Solar Fury needed the Multiplayer side to XNA, but with a refocus on the project, dropping all form of Multiplayer and now doing a single player game.

So I signed up for the contest and am dedicating 6 hours a day (cutting back on school work) to Solar Fury until the deadline this summer.

Additions we need to see to our consoles

Console gaming has become such a big force in the industry, you think they improvement of technologies would push the big three companies (Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony incase you were not sure) into having an all in one experience.

I for one would love the idea to capture screen shots, or even short bits of video (or scripts to replay the sequence) and show my friends. This should be in every game, not just the odd game, and they should not have to own the game to see the screen shots or video.

There is a new developer walk through video out for Bioshock called Hunting the Big Daddy. If you have not seen it, watch the video till the end (the important part for this blog), if you have seen it.. continue on..

Video (remember the end part is the most important
