Here's some more pics of the blogs section.  I cheated to get the avatars to work.  I found out I can not resize the images after setting them into the table cell.  If I try to resize before putting them into the table cell the built in image resize tools would complain some avatar formats were not supported.  So I cheated by making a custom table cell that uses a webview instead of an imageview. 

What's left to do:

1) Figure out if I can add a Donate button - at minimum it would load a 2o2p webpage to donate.

Here's a preview of what I have been working on. Someone in the Off Topic forum suggested a 2o2p iPhone app. I need the iPhone dev practice so I am working on it.

For now it will be view only. You will not be able to comment on blogs and articles. DSmooth told me the site's authentication is going to change with V3.0 so I am going to wait until those changes are done to add that ability.

I recently bought a 17" MacBook Pro with the nVidia 9600M GPU.  I bought it because the job market sucks right now so I figure I can try to become an indepenant iPhone developer.

The first thing I did was install Boot Camp and Windows 7.  If you do this and you install the 64 bit version you have to find the 64 bit drivers on the Mac OS X disk and manually install them.  The boot camp installer installs the 32 bit drivers.  It's a really simple process, there are youtube videos to show you how.  There are two spots you have to watch what you are doing.

Everytime this movie is on TV I have to watch.  It's so awesome, especially considering it was made in 1970.  A movie like that would be made completely in CG today.  I don't think CG could make the movie look any better.  I wonder how they made that movie.  Did they sacrifice many warbirds to make it?  Did they make replicas?
