This weekend I replanked our front deck. Given that it was 20+ years old, the wood was warping, nails would work themselves loose and sitck up and there was a strange bounciness near the top stairs, it was long overdue.

So on Friday my brother-in-law Patrick and I figured out how many 1x6s we needed and headed to Lowes. $300 worth of wood and deck screws later, we were ready for Saturday morning.

My bff and brother-in-law called me tonight about 9:30 asking for a favor.  He was at a work related dinner party, had too much to drink and asked me to come pick him up.  Of course I agreed right away and jumped in the car.  I get to the street and find it is a neighborhood of large set-back houses where the house numbers were not on display.  At this moment, my brother-in-law calls asking where I was.  I told him I was on the street looking for the house and he said to just come in, grab a beer in the cooler by the front door and come upstairs.

Here at 2o2p, blogs are a way for many people to let others know what is going on in their lives.  Recent blogs include someone excited about buying a new house, another is happy he finished a game while a third details her struggle between responsibility and the desire to play a new game.

Left4Dead 2 DLC, The Passing,  has finally been released.  Reports say that the campaign has you meeting up with the survivors of L4D.  It also includes new game modes, one mentioned was 'Chainsaw Massacre' where players have chainsaws with unlimited gasoline!  WooHoo!  You know what I'll be doing tonight!

My boys in Article 15 are having a COD4 throwback night.  I hate to miss it but it's zombie killing time!!
