Well, it's been a week since I started Trigger on his Baytril and Ensure treatment regimen and while he looked to be improving, at first, now it seems as though it's doing little to nothing. His breathing is still as labored as before and he's now having porphyrin staining around his eye, which he never had in all of his previous infections (he had nose staining, but never around his eye). Admittedly, he is a bit more active, but not by much, and he doesn't seem to be gaining back any of his lost weight.

"There's more to life than WoW," said many of the people I knew when I said my goodbyes just after The Burning Crusade dropped. I agreed and shut down the client for the last time. But if there's more to life than WoW, why do I miss it so much and why, in particular, do I miss the people I used to call my friends, almost to the point of being depressed?

Apparently, for the last three months, I've been living a year ahead of myself. At least, if my electronic checking register is to be believed. Since mid-June, every entry I've posted to my register is listed as X/X/2008. I'm sure there's some psychobabble reason as to why I've repeatedly made this error, but it's kind of funny.

I can't believe H3 is almost upon us. I don't normally get hyped for new releases but, even though I've been avoiding most of the marketing for H3 (other than the diorama ads), I can't seem to avoid getting more and more hyped with each passing day. What doesn't help is I just got an e-mail from Newegg.com, where I preordered (only because of my Newegg Preferred Account), that they got their copies in stock, my preorder has been converted to an actual order and is boxed up, merely awaiting the proper shipping date.
