So yeah...
I'm not a blog whore by any means. My days tend to run together in a blur... Wake up, feed, get the boy off to school, mend some fence, beat some bucks into submission. Maybe come in for lunch, back out and find something that needs fixing. Get the boy from school, feed again, and fix dinner for my clan.
Not what I would consider blog-worthy, not that I know what that is. Essentially, it is pretty goddamn boring. You should thank me for not going into it on a daily basis.

So, finally the boy has gone back to school. I don't know which one of us was looking forward to it more. He was tired of hanging with my sorry ass, and I was tired of his fucking cartoons.

I got to sleep in this morning, woke to the sounds of some music producers trial on court tv. Not my first choice, the wife is following the trial, sure beats the hell out of:

    Got a call from the neighbors on Sunday night, their emu broke loose from its pen and they wanted help corraling it. And I was like...Nah. A little back story here.

So, Goat herder huh? I'm more of a ranch hand surrounded by goats, although, I do herd when necessary. I get room and board for my family, my wife works in the city at a res. treatment facility for teens, she makes all the money. It's good though, we can raise the kids in a rural setting and actually have time to spend with them while they grow up.
