USA Top Speed record RESET 270.49 mph!

This past Valentine’s Day, racing driver/test engineer Brian Smith piloted the 1,244 hp supercar down the Kennedy Space Center’s 3.2-mile Space Shuttle landing runway to a maximum velocity of 270.49 mph, and was still accelerating when he ran out of room and had to hit the brakes.

Ben Affleck (Batfleck), your ride is ready!

"Although it was never officially the Caped Crusader’s car, a Batman comics-inspired vehicle – designed and built by a teenager in the early 1960s and left to rot for decades in the back of a Chicago warehouse – has been brought back to its original crime-fighting form.

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's a ...Volvo?

Volvo V8 Supercar ready...

"In Volvo’s case, that means a beefed-up S60 sedan and powered by a 5.0-liter competition version of the same Yamaha-designed V8 that’s under the hoods of all of the XC90 crossovers out in front of your kid’s school in the morning.

In the racecar, the engine pumps 650 hp to the rear wheels through six-speed transaxle and is good for a 0-60 mph sprint of 3.2 seconds and a top speed of over 180 mph."

No, I am not dead

Sorry for the hiatus from this site. I'd like to say that I've been overseas and without the internet doing important things.

But, that would be a huge lie. I've been working my ass off and then lazying around the house playing video games and wishing I was playing some that aren't out yet.

I seem to recall I was doing a Bill of Rights blog walk. I'll get back to it.
