Playing:  Diablo 3 on the 360.  Sure, I have it on the PC, but there is something fun and invigorating about playing it on the console.  Having a great time with the game through 2 playthroughs and just starting hell mode.  Tried playing Kingdom Hearts 1.5 on the PS3 and had to tap out early on.  Just found the controls too floaty, and way too much talking, not enough playing.  

Next time you pick up a vanilla candy, think twice. A chemical compound used in vanilla flavored foods and scents, castoreum, comes from the butt of a beaver.

Castoreum comes from a beaver's castor sacs, located between the pelvis and base of the tail. Due to its proximity to the anal glands, the slimy brown substance is often mixed with gland secretions and urine.

Like everyone else I have put a copious amount of time into GTA V. I have completed the story and I am sitting at 89% completion. Lately though I have found myself playing just so I can fly my Mallard around. I really enjoy it and I think I have gotten fairly good at flying and doing simply stunts. If you want check out the video below.

If I do another video I want to try some stunts in the city areas and maybe even do a base jumping video as that is another major distraction for me.

Current Week: 6

I've learned in life that sometimes you need to distance yourself to see things clearly. For the most part, this was my last couple weeks - but it was for the best. Sometimes it's necessary to let the life lessons sink in. First, a special thanks to Outcast & BJ, soon-to-be partners in crime, for keeping me sane. A couple weeks ago, my sister found out she lost her baby. As much as we were all looking forward to welcoming a new addition, this experience reminded us to value what we do have.

A seemingly unlikely battle between a golden eagle and a baby deer was photographed by a camera trap set up to capture poachers seeking Russia’s endangered tigers.

The three images captured by the camera cover a 2-second period, and show an adult golden eagle clinging to the deer's back. Its carcass was found two weeks later, just a few yards from the camera, initially puzzling researchers.
