So I came across this on youtube and really found it interesting and though provoking. Just wanted to share it.

After watching this I remembered the story I heard about some moon rock given to another country that turned out to be fake. They decided to test it after so many years and it turned out to be petrified wood.

 so I finally got finished carving the dragon out of the case and got it sanded a bit.  I'm sure the paint will help even out the texture.  And I do want a little texture showing anyway.  I'm very happy with the way it came out.  Now on to painting!

 so I finally started carving out this design.  At 1st I wasnt sure it was going to turn out ok but now it seems to be coming together nicely.  Once I get done with the dragon I'm thinking of doing that crackled paint on everything but the dragon, give it some kind of stone like texture.  I'll have to go to depot and see what I can find in the way of paint but so far so good.  Going to give my hard drive its final coat of paint and put it back together so its ready to go tomorrow.  Enjoy.

 Been doing a little customizing on some xbox pieces and thought I would share.  I decided I wanted part of my gamertag in the end grate so I cut that out and repainted black.  I'm almost finished with the harddrive casing.  I cut a section out of the top and am going to add a plexi window, its also been painted black.  For the case I did the mortal kombat dragon.  Its cut out and sanded but I think I'm going to carve into it to give it some relief as to add diemension.  I'm also going to add plexi behind it and I'm thinking paint it like fire like the one I'm working from.
