So yesterday was a great day back on many levels.

First, the messages from all my friends here.
Then the SCC thang.
Now today, a newer clan has invited & welcomed me with open arms.

The Strategic Insomniacs are a group of dudes & bettys that I've been playing with off & on individually since Gears came out & now the best of the best of them have formed up & I'm more than happy to be a cog in their well-oiled machine.

So as you may know, times were tough as nail for a bit.
Life was crazy & I didn't know which end was up..

I tried to make it back to 2o2p a couple times & it would seem like the right time but then more crap would pile up & I just felt overwhlemed..

Then I finally moved into my new place.

As you'll see from the video, the place is in shambles but soon it will all be in order.

I fell upon hard times & I don't know if I could've found the strength to get through it all if it hadn't been for my amazing friends & family.

About two weeks ago, my fiance & I broke up after 4 years.
I've never had such a difficult road to walk in my entire life & I can't thank everyone enough who lent their ears, shoulders & encouraging words.

Thank you.

Today is a new day.
I finally let go of the past so that I can live in the present.

Again, I can't express my gratitude enough.

Chewed up,
It goes down my throat and in my belly
Runs through my digestive track..

Flushed down the toilet and
through rusty pipes
to a sewage plant out back..

Processed and ground and
turned into feed
Then sprinkled on farms
to turn the grass green

The cows chew the cud
seven or eight times
while the nutrients help to grow
a damn fine bovine

Now slaughtered and sliced
to make the USDA seal..
packaged and sold
for the next combo meal
