6th of July

Is it possible? Have we found a day that's even slower and more boring than the 2nd of January? Actually it's probably just me--most of my customers are in Mexico and--get this--mexican plants take this entire WEEK off for 'factory shutdown'.  I guess because they assume american companies get the whole week off as well, they might as well get their inventorying out of the way.  Well the joke's on you, amigos.  The joke is on YOU.

New Beer

I need to replenish the oat soda supply for Clanarchy Skills & Drills tonight (if you're drinking, come join us for some Rainbow Six).  Last week I tried something new, some of that Miller Chill stuff.  It was OK but the lime was a bit overpowering.  What new and exciting beer should I try for tonight?  Guinness is my standard but lately I've been trying to branch out a bit.

Paulina

Last weekend I went to a Paulina Rubio concert.  Everyone was happy, because my girl is mexican and enjoys Paulina's music, and I am a heterosexual male and enjoy her hotness. She looks like she's 5 feet tall with 4 of those feet being leg.  Awesome.  I have been to 2 Shakira concerts and this one was more enjoyable for a couple different reason. Shakira lipsynchs.  People don't want to admit it but dammit I saw it with my own four eyes! It's understandable, because the woman dances so damn rigorously she'd have to have robotic lung implants to sing and dance at the same time.

Sexy was brought back.

That's right folks, I had lost sexy.  I was knocked down for the count, with no sexy in sight.  I had lost my focus, my vision.  All was going dark. And then...like a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, like a swatch of color in an otherwise drab world, like a pair of Victoria's Secret panties in a pile of tighty whities--Friday night at Clanarchy Skills & Drills, Rabbmasterflash brought sexy back.  And I shall be forever grateful.

My List

I want to make a list too! Here's my itemized weekend plans:

A) What to do tonight. This branches off into two possibilites:

  1) Clanarchy Skills & Drills/Methods.  Last week this absolutely killed me, but I'm out of tequila this week so hopefully it will be a bit less debilitating.

  2) Walk up to local watering hole for some beers, come home at 2 and send foul messages to everyone on friends list from clan for not being on. Most likely situation.
