So I make a call to the lady at this one particular agency, and I get the familiar ums and ahs and general lack of clue that I've come to expect from her.  I'm getting a little frustrated with her to be honest.  Of the 2 positions she told me about both seem to have mysteriously dried up.  The first she hasn't heard anything back at all (could you maybe contact them to find out whats up?), and then there's the one she told me about last Wednesday.  She never called me back after that, I had to call her yesterday.  The conversation went something like this:

From the new album, The Talisman.  This is possibly my favorite song on the album and has got to be a bitch to sing live.  Keep in mind that the whole group is in their 50s (drummer is almost 60), and while their singer is the youngest member he's creeping into his mid-50s.

Had a chance to take the boy to see Iron Maiden again this past summer. Thats twice for him now, he's practically a veteran! Their 15th studio album released last August, The Final Frontier actually debuted at #4 in the US and #1 in like 2 dozen other countries around the world. Personally I really enjoy the album, its unlike anything they've done before yet it completely sounds like them. There's a lot of music on the disc, 10 tracks totaling 76 minutes of tunes.

Had a chance to take the boy to see Iron Maiden again this past summer. Thats twice for him now, he's practically a veteran! Back in late February I found out my son, who is an honors student, a member of the school orchestra (cello ftw!) and a starter on 2 varsity sports was suspended from school for 2 weeks. Apparently last fall his mother (who he lived with at the time) bought him a used pickup truck that had a confederate flag painted on the tailgate. The entire tailgate. Seems that this past year the school district he is in added that flag to the list of inappropriate symbols on school property.
