Rule Clarification question, was under impression that no drive train changes were allowed? Does this merely mean converting from 4wd to rwd etc or include using race diff,gears etc? I took no drivetrain changes pretty literally if so lol
No conversions are allowed (Engine Swap, Drivetrain Swap or Aspiration Swap)
Clutch, Gearbox, Driveline ect are allowed to be upgraded.
Oh. So aspiration swaps are a no no, but aspiration upgrades of original equipment is fine.

Ok. Well the 2010 golf is fairly handy but I don't think it's a deal breaker. Dipped into the high 29's once and I still need to check whether I swapped aspiration.

I did not realize that aspiration conversions were not allowed. Damn. I put a turbo conversion on my car. Back to the drawing board. Oh well, guess I should read more closely. At least there is plenty of time to adjust and retune.

Then if you enjoy running my bag of spanners, you can utterly change it and we can think up some ridiculous livery. I am currently a little hooked on kids sweets from my past, and was thinking along those lines :-) refreshers anyone? Fizz bombs? DibDabs? So much wonderful graphical fodder!

Have you put the Race Diff on her?
Shes spinning up the wheel with least contact to the track.
If so increase the ACCEL to around 30%
Also the rear keeps trying to come round under hard braking. What split are you running for the Braking Balance?
Braking balance is @40%
Accel is at 30% now.
Will try it out tomorrow. Getting faster just posted a 1.33..

Just ran a few laps, best was 1.30.5 it seems to be on the pace.
Church, sent you a Dodge SRT tune, check on your xbox messages.
Can you check the build, it looked good to me, the PI is 600 , and I got it to push into the 29s, one or twice, but its on the raggedy edge!
Built up a Merc 109. Getting into 1:28's (:29's pretty consistant)
I'll put in my garage (I mean on SF) right away if anyone wants to try it out. (see if it's even legal)

Builds were focused on HP numbers so the lower-hp tunes could be lightened a bit I think.
300 hp= 1:28.87 (ave times mid .29's)
285 hp= 1:30.13 (ave times mid .30's)
270 hp= 1:30.76 (ave times low .31's)
255 hp= 1:31.219 (ave times around .32)
All in all, the handicap thing works pretty good. Each 5% knocks about .700 - 1.000sec off lap times.

Its very intresting as if you get a 15% reduction and come 4th you lose 5%.
But you need to take advantage as much as you can because if you get 3rd or more your back to 15%
