Spec car SpreadSheet -> You MUST make sure you navigate to the properly dated sheet to get the right car for the week. I sometimes update the link in the OP but it will always take you to the same sheet and then you need to find the right one (always try to move the current week’s sheet to the far left)
Parcells..My Apologies for last night...I had printed a sheet with the car (Evo X TC) I thought I was going to run and even had January 10 on it but it was the wrong car (Dumb Ass)!...Must have been a anomoly or I just happen to step into the "Twilight Zone"! Any way I dropped out to get the right car but when I tried to get back I couldn't! My apology to you and those that caught me by surprise (Braking in a certain Corner) and subsequently tapped your back-ends. Need more traffic time!

LOL and no worries Wheels. We were driving a pretty fast car at the time and that was a vicious hairpin turn. The fact that you’re aware of it is what matters and you’ll try not to repeat the minor “love taps” is all anyone can ask. Besides you provided us some entertainment as I’m assuming Dan’s shunt was almost an exact duplicate of mine on the exact same turn, I mean how funny is that?
I was hoping you just left to get the right car but when you didn’t return I thought my terseness may have scared you off…I was a little rattled when we brought out the spec car and so many people didn’t know what we were running. And in your defense the car you did have was the car I originally intended to use for these endurance races (and at one time was documented in the spreadsheet and you practiced this car with Dan and I one week too) but it turned out to be DLC that not everyone had.
Anyway, there were more connection issues last night. I got booted but was able to return on my second attempt. Jim got booted again (think he has real issues) but after the second spec race we lost a couple more people (who didn’t return) and all of a sudden were down to 4 racers from 9 and then Craig joined to make it 5.
Does anyone think it might be worth while to change the host room to see if the recent disconnection problems are on my side???

I’ll do this if no one comes up with a spec car before Sunday’s cutoff. The two races we did run were great…In both races the top two finishers used different strategies which is exactly what we were aiming for.

WHATTTTTT????...Terseness!!!!...And I missed it???..Was it directed at MOI?...Here is my one and ONLY statement that may be appropriate or may not be appropriate. I have been rear ended by the best of them...Including that guy Parcells..Dan the Man...And COUNTLESS others who I have been raced with. My response to these enounters and unfortunate experiences has been this.."Don't Worry About It"..."No Problem".."It's ALL Good"...Now one may ask one's self Why?...Simple...I have done it to the best them (Rear Ended Them)!. Intentional?...Never!..Inexperienced (Caught by Surprise)??..Absolutely! But I will fess up to my mistakes instantaneously and Apologized (Even though sometimes a apology may not get it) and if I am ahead I will wait for that rear-ended person to pass me before I move on! Now if I see that someone has been passed (The Individual I Rear Ended) by multible racers I will not wait..I will make it up at a future event. Now was the preceding statement called for?...Maybe..Maybe not!..But just in case I will let you know that I don't like rear-ending anyone to move ahead in a race..Never Did..Never Will!..You can rest assured that those that I have rear-ended that I am mad at myself more you can ever be!!!...IT'S All GOOD!!!
P.S. Everyday is a challenge to get better at racing online and be responsible for stupid mistakes...Trying but Not There Yet!

Parcells, we can try that, but I suspect the result will be the same. This is the problem with PTP servers, rather than dedicated servers. We will just have to live with it.
I like the idea of using the same spec car next week and finishing the remaining endurance races.
I apologize for missing so much GT5 time over the last month. My first excuse was my defective CSR Elite wheel. My excuse for last night is work. I was here until after 6pm PST and by the time I got home and had some quick dinner with my wife and children, you guys were almost done. My wife has gotten used to me coming home on Thursday night and jumping on GT5. But, sometimes I cannot get out of work as close to 5pm as I would prefer.
You knew this was coming...Spreadsheet not updated by the cutoff time. However, unless no one objects to the late entry we will run the Ferrari and finish our endurance races some other time.

Assuming that is the case, I thought the Vette we ran on Dec. 27 that you could tune the transmission (maybe other tuenable parts too but that’s all I would have tried)? Downloaded this car last night and you cannot tune a damn thing on it.

LOL, there are no storefronts in GT5. You need not tune in order to run with us. Its not like 2Old4Forza Forza 4 lobby racing, where a good tune is essential if you want to be at the top of the leaderboard.

No problem there at all but I do not recognize you so if you do plan on joining you MUST send "Parcells2" a friend request else you won't be allowed in my lounge. Best to do this BEFORE 7:00 EST on Thursday cause once I get into the room I rarely see or check messages.

Got the Vette...Huge Disappointment...Damn...Thought it would be the red with the black wheels...WRONG...Damn Cyber Gray with Silver Wheels...Only thing you can do to it is a oil change and tires...WTF???
It appears Sony has maintenance plans this evening thwarting our racing activities. Scheduled to come back on midnight my time so see you next week and we'll push out the Enzo to next Thursday.

That sucks. My wife gave me the green light to hit my cockpit as soon as I get home so I can race with you guys in the Enzo. I even downloaded the updates and built the car this morning before work just so there would be no delays in getting online.
You may have seen the thread where I’m going to start running a Forza production lobby the first Thursday of every month which means I wont be racing GT5 on these nights. GT5 remains the best racing I have every week and I have zero plans of reducing the schedule further. I simply want to increase my Forza racing and these production lobby’s are often the most entertaining for me (cause its very similar to how we run our GT5 nights). Coupled with the fact I don’t want to commit to another race time (right now only race Thursday’s and Sunday’s) this seemed like the best alternative.
I’m going to give this a three month trial and we’ll see after that if I go back to strictly GT5 on Thursday’s. There’s nothing stopping you from running GT5 on these nights and of course you’re more than welcome to join us in Forza, same time different game.

any one racing tonight? missed last week while in sunny Orlando. just got back yesterday.
Just to confirm, next week we are running the Enzo we didn’t get to run this past Thursday. Spreadsheet updated (renamed)
I plan to jump on tonight as soon as I get home from work.
No spec car this week but also no reason to believe the regular crew wont be racing. Parcells will be on near 7:00 EST per usual.
