1.5 Hours of Le-mans V8 SuperCars - (Finished)

I will keep it short and sweet as its a one off.
Details:
Date - Sunday the 28th April
Start Time - 21:30 BST
Track - Lemans Full /w Chicane
Win conditions - This will be a timed race of 1.5 hours.
Damage - Full Sim
Handicaps - TBC
Teams - Teams are allowed
Car - Any V8 SuperCar
Build -
Race Brakes
Race Tyre
320 Front Tyre
340 Rear Tyre
Whatever rims you like.
Final Drive of 3.00 (Anything else will mess up the handicaps)
Everything else is stock.
Think thats about it.

edit: put down not sure on team for signup. Only two per team, I dont want to block the better FMM drivers!
Ive scrapped the 2 driver per team rule TBH as its not for points or anything and saves any issues.
I have to check with the social director but this looks good to me. 4:30pm EST?

FMMotorsport team boss arrived back at the team HQ today after a trip to le mans. The all expenses payed trip was arranged by team sponsor Boeing. Mr monkey had this to say " I was flown out first class by Boeing to the Le Mans track for a test drive of the ford v8, Boeing is very eagar for us to sign with ford for this race. Having driven the car I was very happy with how it preformed. We then went back and sat down with the chief executives of Boeing and ford to try n hash out a deal, ford spared no expence laying on a slap up meal of beans on toast yummy ".
mr monkey refused to comment when asked if a deal had been reached. Only saying " meh ".

MaxPerforma Racing has signed up for this event. Currently in talks with a number of sponsers. New livery planned later this week.
Im not sure if I'll be able to do this event or not. I will sign up as a reserve. And if Max will let me, under the banner of MaxPerforma Racing.

After been asked who will be running this event jDRT had this to say.
' We are currently holding talks with all drivers and trying to establish who is up for running this challenge.
Our engineers are working as we speak on dedicated setups for each drive to suite there needs and driving styles. As this is a long race this is important as all out speed wont win this one and we need to establish who is comfortable running one and half hours straight. Thats all for now"
ROFL sister team LMAO is soliciting for two drivers for the 90 minute race at Lemans, driving under the Castrol banner.

Team PistonHeads are not planning on entering this event, I will be driving as a privateer and Parcells and Cobra may or may not run it is their choice. We are concentrating on dominating the Seat Cup and so far so good.

I know 1.5hr seems a bit long but I wish I could do a 4hr , 8hr, 12hr and a 24hr event.

Also I will be doing a 1 second roll off delay with this. Once we get the first few laps sorted people should be in a good spot to sort a rhythm out.
After lengthy negotiations MaxPerforma Racing has secured Petronas as a one off sponser for the 1.5 hour race at Le Mans.
