Hi Prebuilt, fun racing again! Might I suggest instead of throwing out this weeks race as a wild card, dropping the worst one or two races we each had? I missed the first race and two weeks ago and if you throw this out that will make three. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has missed a few. Just a thought.
1st= 5mil credits and an assortment of original vinyls
2nd=2mil credits and an assortment of original vinyls
3rd=1 mil credits and an assortment of original vinyls
Most improved driver.....Oldschool painted/pre-tuned car.
Driver Elegance award.....Still trying to work something out.
Most liked driver=A custom tuned car, that is aGREAT car for it's class. There will be two different tunes. One for tracks with long sweeping turns and the other for tracks with sharper turns. It will also come with a custom paint, as well as include two other custom liveries. Everything gifted over so it's open for editing if you want. (The tune is a home run though really)
Prizes will be given out to the top 3 points winners. Also there will be a prize for most improved driver, Most liked driver and a driver elegance award. (to the driver who always races smooth/clean)
I'll put up a Painted/Tuned car for the Most Improved categorie Prebuilt! I'll try to get someone to tune it before hand as well if I don't already have a tune on it. I'm thinking S Class '67 Vette with race paint. (I'll need a name and number to get the banner personalized...)

I didn't volunteer you though without you knowing. I simply meant an old school car. Not a car painted by oldschool LOL. My bad.
Also, you might want to consider lower classes for the most improved driver as it will likely be one of the newer guys.
I've got a B class car tuned, with several paints to go with it on top of what you come up with.
The S class Vettes one of the more civil S class cars I have actually. If you run her at Indianapolis/Road America, etc, she's a decent ride and looks great! Not a bad car to get to know S class in. I also have a good C class tune and maybe an A class, I'll have to look.
Late night for me so I'm not going to be able to host tonight.
Grim if you can do it that would be awesome. No point in postponing since it seems like someone is always willing to host when this comes up. Things should smooth out by this weekend, and hopefully get in some racing Sat/Sun
Sorry about last night, i was forced to an FFA banquet for dear daughter. 3 houra long but she got a fewnkick ass awards including a "pre-acceptance" to Purdue Univercity, so WIN!

Yea I had to go to the grandsons FFA banquet also, wow talk about draggin it out, jeez! I don't remember the girls of FFA back in my time having as thier uniform of a short tight black skirt and high heels to go with the jacket.
I didn't realise that I got into Grim right before he quit out. In the race I only knew that someone tucked there front bumper in and when I turned in I got it with my rear bumper.....
I didn't get much response but the ones I did get combined with my vote plus 1 that was OBVIOUS! So winners of picked prizes include
Brnt is the overall winner! Congrats Brnt. Consistancy big time on this one.
I'll have to double check the points but at this point it seems obvious Grim is 2nd.
Most Improved: Grim (this was the obvious one)
Most Liked: Shrimp (he needs to check the damn forums)
Driver Elegance: Drivebye (lets face it drivebye was one of if not the fastest drivers in the group so if he wasn't up front it's because he was cutting slack to everyone around him and keeping it extra clean)
Brnt was in the mix too, I never had any problems running really close with Brnt and I don't think anyone else did either. Even in the instances when he was being held up big time he didn't move those guys out of his way, he just waited until he got the opening.
I'll talk to Oldschool and see if we can give out the same cars to all the prize winners above. An S700 Corvette (more details to come)
The car I am giving away as a prize car is a Ford RS1800 at B500. The tune is awesome, the thing accellerates like a rocket, and it's a really good lobby car. I've run a bunch of B-class since the series started and it was usually to test this car. It has a few vinyls that I have made on it, 3 custom paints including the wide arch Europa Mobel livery.
In keeping with the Cosworth theme I'm also including a custom painted B500 Ford Escort that is tuned and is a GREAT car at Maple Valley, and likely any other speed maintenence courses.
A Cosworth powered Ford RS500, again tuned to B500 (With help from Max, and a couple others) with two custom paints
A Cosworth Mercedes E190, witha B500, and A600 tune and two custom paints. I've logged a BUNCH of miles with the Merc as well so this tune will be a home run as well.
Also, Cobra helped us out by driving the RS1800 and posting some nice times with it, just to prove it's pretty good. I'll look up those times again, and post them here. I know he was in the low 1:36's at Laguna because he did that one while we were in a party together.
Ill try and jump on before 9pm ill join in or send invites if I do
Don't forget to pick up the S class tune if you think you will need it
I'll be there. I missed last weeks race unfortunately.
!!!
Start of Race one looked like a keystone cops chase scene. Glad I didn't miss it, great fun!
I can personally attest that Gunny's no longer a virgin, if there ever were any doubt... I'll buy ya dinner next time buddy!
BTW, next time I'm using my Autocross tune...you know, for better avoidance handling...

OK oldschool sounds good to me! S class vette it is!
@Oldschool Ihave sent an A class tune for the vette

STANDINGS UP TO DATE AS OF TODAY MAY 4TH
Please send messages with your vote for
Looks like the points race is down to just Brnt and Grim.
Don't forget that reduced tire width to stock tire width is acceptable for a 5% handicap.
Meaning if you normally run group 3, you can run the stock width tires build and only run in group 2.
I know it's last minute but I put a tune up on my store front.
It's definately my best one.

Hang in there Brnt, I'll get this updated and prizes sent this week.
No hurry here. Just providing you the info per usual. No comment on the vid or how I did it, since I was racing?
Awesome video like usual.
