Iam gonna postpone this weeks race @ thruxton till next sat...I've got 2 confirmed 4 maybes and 4 no responses, unless I get a few responses by tomorrow.
To fill the void if it is delayed I 3 ideas for those that wanna run some laps
1. Run a btcc practice server @ thruxton rf1
2. DTM @ COTA rf1
3. GT @ hockenhiem gp (free raceroom add on) Race 07 I was running them last night and was quickly reminded how much I enjoy it....being base content there shouldn't be an issue....hopefully lol
I'm easy mate, as it's base content I can just jump in whatever your running. Makes sense to postpone as there is some key players missing this week. Shame but more folks is more fun.
Was my 30th yesterday and will be going out tonight with folks who didnt make my night out last night.
Touch and go whether I'll be on or not.
Also don't have any simbin games (shocker I know) but im waiting for a steam sale of the bundle.

We did some trial races today and there was some good battles in both races....tire management is gonna be crucial!

did anyone give a response to how to smash the last chicane? When I hit it right I stick to the inside right when entering the turn and only have 2 tires on the track through the chicane I smash the right curb go straight which should smash the left middle in 3rd slight lift with right turn smash the right curb full throttle out to the far left curb onto the straight
the biggest question amongst all of us is how fast the vw golf is gonna be or if it will have tire issues? The only saving grace is it will have 25 kg of ballast added to it ;)

at the moment i am moving all my stuff upstairs in a computer room , so i don't have internet there yet , so hope i can get is sorted out before saterday . Also my new PC wil come this week so i don;t know if i can make it so me everything running oke .

I was watching this video and was cracking up! Mostly because I can't understand much of what she says, just like when Church is trying to trash talk on Teamspeak. I know he is speaking english but i catch about every 3rd word or so.
Hello guys i won't be able to make this race because i am moving with my stuf upstairs in a computer roon . my wife sad that it is better that way , because i ordered a new cockpit and pc, so as soon as i have everything installed i will be back in the game !!!! have fun tonight guys if i can make it i will watch the race from my laptop .

Turns out that the wife is a bit poorly so we've had to cancel the trip. However, that means I might be around this evening for a bit of racing!
I don't have Race 07 but could get a copy if you're going to be using it. Otherwise, I'll download the DTM mod/track.

will see how many attend on race day, i wouldnt show up either if i knew some one was lapping a low 1.20.xxx.gif "55")
This sat race will be 2 x 16 lap races pits open but not nesesary
i was looking at rl results at thruxton and the civics were running 1.15's around here...wow!
rob Austin's audi a4 is running identical times as the mod with low 1.21'ms
it will be interesting to see the civic and golfs times tartan avg speed on the first 2 tracks was 110 mph which is the same speed as rl
i was surprised to see the mod cars running the same avg speed as the rl cars ....hopefully the times aren't the same for those cars :)
Thats pretty cool that its so close to the real one's.
The civic's usually do run away on the faster tracks.
Can see this being an anti climax for the old Golf.
