You know, I really did sit here and think on this for a minute, but truthfully, and mind you I base all my knowledge of the Irish on my contact with Fitzy, I couldn't come up with anything that I thought would offend an Irishman...I dunno, green sux n golf is fer nancies?
So the latest Bone thread is to be locked, I had pretty much left it anyway but can't help thinking locking it is silly. Look back at the origins of this thread and much worse was said/typed but this was never locked. My opinion is, if you don't moderate you end up with threads like that, Thread locking is the final and inevitable result of failed moderation.
A Gaming forum that cannot have a heated debate about a contentious console release is not a gaming forum. It's just a website.
Feel free to debate the moderation but please don't mention the Bone...I just did but I think I got away with it. No prize to the first to name the mis-quote (no googling it's too easy for that)
